Ever thought about running that first Half-Marathon but not sure how to go about it? Are you a seasoned runner but interested in training with a group? Come join us! We will begin our spring Half Marathon training program on Monday, January 6th. We will be preparing for the Southpark Racefest Half on Saturday April 12, 2014. We will use a combination of sprints, hills, time trials and distance running to prepare for this race. We will train together as a group Monday/Wednesday am 6-7. Each week a long run course will be provided with an optional group run.
