Back to Basics Bootcamp
Our BBB is more than just a Bootcamp class, it is an entire fitness program. We are currently offering this Bootcamp in six week sessions. We want you to see and feel real results, to increase your fitness capacity, overall strength and experience the satisfaction that comes with honest work and achievement. Here’s an overview of our program:
- Health Questionnaire and Goal Setting
- 1 Hour Group Workouts (same folks throughout 6 week program) Two Days Every Week
- Daily Programming
- Individualized and Progressive Training Programs
- Health/Nutrition Coaching –We believe you can’t out-perform your diet.
*All Sessions physically meet on Tues/Thurs with pre-programmed individual workouts provided and to be done 1-2 additional days of the week.
